Arm balancing is a fun and safe way to build and maintain upper body strength, balance hormones, and achieve homeostasis (alignment of the internal systems in the body)! Join All That Matters teachers Dave Harrigan and Shannon Walker to explore the foundations and plots of balancing on everything but the feet! Beginners gain accessibility through safe alignment and foundational instruction; advanced students receive clinic-like direction for improvement.
In this workshop break down the basics and building blocks of the poses to learn:

• full body integration
