Meet at All That Matters PVD and discuss the basics of a whole food diet and how to make the transition to eating well. Learn how to use grains, greens, and beans separately or together to provide all the nutrition you need – from protein to iron and calcium.
Take a guided tour of the Providence Whole Foods Market to give you the confidence to buy and use new ingredients for a healthier and more varied diet. Then have the opportunity to put all the information to the ultimate taste test by enjoying a sampling of some vegetarian treats. Recipes and resources provided.
