Join Lisa Dahl - creative cook, wellness coach, and yoga teacher - for this NEW Whole Foods 101 Program and discover the simple and expansive world of whole foods. From grains, greens, and beans, to soups, dressings, and desserts, learn how to incorporate these foods into your daily life and make the transition to eating well. Each 2-hour workshop includes:
Overview of food groups and their nutritional benefits
Guided tour of a local whole foods market to gain confidence to buy and use new ingredients
Samples to enjoy, putting all the information to the ultimate taste test
Recipes and resources

Time for questions
In this 4th and final course, bring whole foods and healthy recipes to your table with ease. Map out your meals for the week and/or month with basic guidelines – from recipe selection to shopping tips. Leave with the tools needed to make an EASY transition to eating well.
NOTE: Recipes provided and knowledge gained in the first 3 workshops will be referenced
Take one or take them all! While workshops may be taken separately, content builds from course to course. Participation in the entire series is strongly recommended to attain the most benefit.
