Linda Santopietro

As a RISD graduate, Linda worked in the design/advertising world for many years in various cities on the east coast. In an effort to balance a hectic work schedule, she attended her first yoga class in Boston in 1997, and was hooked from the start. After leaving the corporate world and moving to Arizona in 2003, Linda obtained her 500-hour yoga certification, and has since taught various styles of yoga in health clubs, yoga studios, luxury resorts and spas, and several corporations. She is grateful to have studied with many inspiring teachers along the way, including Rod Stryker, Shiva Rea, Saul David Raye, and her main teacher Mary Bruce.

Linda's teaching weaves together principals of alignment, intelligent sequencing, awareness of breath and yoga philosophy, with thoughtful readings, themes, visual meditations and inspiring music. She believes yoga is all about awareness and encourages her students to fully experience the benefits and transformations yoga will provide. As a certified holistic health coach (and a forever student), Linda is committed to learning how to live the best life possible, in order to share that knowledge, awareness and passion with others... and inspire them to do the same.

  • Heated Vinyasa Flow I

  • This is one of our Flow classes.

This introductory Vinyasa Flow class moves at a gentle pace to establish strength, flexibility, and balance within a continuous sequence of postures. Vinyasa Flow I is designed for newer and intermediate students looking to hone in on proper alignment while honoring and exploring the connection between movement, breath and mindfulness—the fundamental building blocks of Vinyasa.

This class is done in a heated room. The heat encourages greater flexibility and detoxification. Yoga experience is necessary and students are asked to bring a towel, mat and water.

  • Vinyasa Flow I/II

  • This is one of our Flow classes.

Vinyasa Flow I/II is a moderately paced Vinyasa practice that connects movement and awareness to breath in a dynamic sequence. Classes introduce inversions, backbends and arm balances as well as yoga philosophy for students looking to expand their physical practice and deepen their understanding of the many facets of yoga.

  • Candlelight Flow

  • This is one of our Flow classes.

This candlelit class offers a meditative transition into the evening through a slow flow. Sequences are crafted to work the body and release muscle tension while creating space for self-care and unwinding from the day.
