Join Barbara for Yin Restorative classes
Tuesdays: 7:30-8:45pm (Sept-Oct), 6:00-7:15 (Nov-Jan)
Thursdays: 9:30-10:45am

This class is for everyone! It offers an opportunity to relax, release, and tend to yourself. You will leave feeling recharged, restored, and rejuvenated. The practice is soft and restful. All the poses are done on the floor with abundant support in the way of cushions and blankets to ease your way into stillness. The concept of finding balance in the harmonious blending of opposites is at the heart of this practice. Yin Restorative is a restorative practice infused with meditative Mindfulness and meridian wisdom. This class offers deep release and relaxation on its own, and is also a great complement to a more vigorous, yang practice.
