What attracted you to yoga? Why did you start?
I was drawn to yoga because I needed to heal myself, my mind, body, and soul.
What is your favorite type or style of yoga and why?
A gentle stretch and breathe, following your breath.
What is your favorite yoga pose and why?
My favorite is centering, because I can really focus on the breath and into myself.
What keeps you doing yoga?
It keeps me balanced and centered. It keeps me on a good journey.
What do you like most about All That Matters?
The teachers, the staff and the space. it is a beautiful space!
If you could give beginners one piece of advice, what would it be?
Follow your breath and enjoy the journey!

Yoga is not about being able to do all the poses. it is about one’s personal practice, their own journey.
