Yoga and Wrist Health

Come explore options for enjoying a yoga practice that honors your sensitive wrists! Learn various techniques to support the wrists, including asana modifications and the use of props, massage, stretches, herbal applications, and diet recommendations.  Then move into a yoga practice that incorporates "wrist friendly" poses and stretches.  Students receive individual attention to address their unique wrist issues and leave with strategies for adapting their yoga practice.
