To experience the benefits of working with a Health Coach, most clients find it best to meet every other week for 3 to 6 months. We recommend coming for an initial session during which you will work with Lynn to determine your needs. Packages are valid for one year from date of purchase.

Initial Consultation- 90 minute session. $150
Follow Up Sessions- 60 minute sessions. $100


6-Follow Up Sessions: $510 (save $90)
12-Follow Up Sessions: $900* (save $300)

Health coaching consultations are geared towards helping you reach your wellness goals by adding in the right foods and lifestyle choices for your body.  The focus is on adding in nourishing foods and self-care practices that will allow you to feel your best, increase your energy, reduce stress, optimize digestion, overcome food cravings, arrive at your optimal weight, and feel balanced in both body & mind.

The initial consultation will give you the opportunity to talk through your specific health-related goals and challenges.  From there, we’ll put together a clear plan that will be your “roadmap” for success. From each session, you'll receive education, tools, and strategies around healthy eating so that you'll feel empowered to make the right choices for your unique body. Using Ayurveda as a foundation, we’ll determine the best food and lifestyle routines for you.


The information you receive will empower you to understand the nature and cause of imbalances in your body and how to make the right food & lifestyle choices to bring yourself back into balance. With this knowledge, you will be able to recognize which foods and lifestyle routines are appropriate for you.
