Lynn Goodwin, CHHC, RYT, AHE

Practicing various styles of yoga since 2009 as a means of easing stress and overcoming back pain, Lynn was drawn to Prana Flow for its fluid and natural sequencing. This style simply felt right in her body. Lynn’s experience on the mat has translated to a greater sense of surrender, ease, and openness in all areas of her life. In 2012, she completed her 200-hour Prana Flow certification with Coral Brown. Lynn incorporates yoga philosophy into her classes and strives to create a space for moving meditation where students are able to quiet the mind and reconnect with themselves as means for evolving.

A graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Lynn is also a Health Coach and Ayurvedic Health Educator. Lynn shows her clients how to adopt a whole foods diet by adding in the most nutrient dense foods in order to increase energy, reduce stress, overcome cravings, and arrive at optimal weight. Her focus is on nourishment rather than deprivation. Her coaching is influenced by Ayurveda through concepts such as mindful eating and seasonal eating.


Both as a health coach and yoga teacher, Lynn encourages her clients and students to honor where they are today. From this place, integrating healthy food habits and lifestyle choices are accessible.
