A graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Lynn is also a Health Coach and Ayurvedic Health Educator. Lynn shows her clients how to adopt a whole foods diet by adding in the most nutrient dense foods in order to increase energy, reduce stress, overcome cravings, and arrive at optimal weight. Her focus is on nourishment rather than deprivation. Her coaching is influenced by Ayurveda through concepts such as mindful eating and seasonal eating.
Both as a health coach and yoga teacher, Lynn encourages her clients and students to honor where they are today. From this place, integrating healthy food habits and lifestyle choices are accessible.
