Meditation is an integral part of many of our yoga classes and workshops. The mind-body benefits of regular meditation range from reduced stress and lower blood pressure to enhanced creativity and ability to focus. All That Matters offers instruction in several techniques, including sitting meditation, walking and other moving meditations, yoga nidra (an ancient guided meditation practice), and mindfulness meditation. Meditating in a group lends power to its effectiveness and supports the development of individual practice. Join us to explore meditation practices that nourish our inner resources, and learn to be with life just as it is – here and now.
