Integrative Health Weekend Retreat with Joan & David Dwyer

Commit to your health with this weekend of meditation, yoga, discussion, and good food.

Joan and Dave feel strongly that integrating movement, quiet time, eating well, and community into our lives is not only health supporting but world changing. This retreat is designed to be a powerful time of exploration, practice, and restoration. Friday evening opens with an introduction to meditation, practice, and discussion. Saturday morning we begin the day with meditation followed by a simple breakfast and time for a contemplative walk. Our morning session include yoga and discussion followed by lunch and an inquiry into the mechanisms, dynamics, and mysteries of the body's natural healing intelligence. We will take a leisurely walk to a private home for a lively cooking class followed by a great vegetarian meal. Sunday morning will follow Saturday's schedule. Yoga classes will be created to meet your level: new-to as well as experienced yogis are welcome.

Half-hour body work sessions will be available during lunch and after noon on Sunday at an additional charge.

Inner peace leads to world peace and that is all that matters.
