Yoga Check-In Policies    
  • All students must check in at the Front Desk prior to entering the studio and setting up practice space. Students are taken into class on a first come-first serve basis and it goes in order of those on the list at the Front Desk (students who register online are automatically added to this list, but we need to know when you arrive).
  • Online registration is strongly encouraged and is available until 15 minutes prior to class start time.
  • If you sign up online, but have not checked-in at the Front Desk by 5 minutes prior to class your space will be released.
  • If you registered online and are unable to make it, please leave a message at the front desk at least 5 minutes prior to class. Refunds are not available unless you call. 401-782-2126 ext 2

 

Yoga is a sacred Eastern tradition – not a religion – that gracefully weaves together the disciplines of exercise and meditation. Our fabulously talented staff of 20+ certified yoga teachers offer over 60 yoga classes a week in four fully equipped, comfortable studios. Each yoga class includes deep stretching exercises, rhythmic breathing, and relaxation techniques. Students of all ages and abilities are welcome. You don't need to be fit, flexible, or have special clothing and accessories. Yoga is for every body, and All That Matters welcomes new and experienced students. Yoga is much more than physical exercise. It is a powerful, transformational practice that leaves you feeling your best.

 

I started practicing yoga at All That Matters primarily to gain flexibility and build core strength to aid my recovery from a significant lower back injury. I keep coming because I like the great environment and feeling of community at All That Matters.  There are great people (staff and patrons) milling about everywhere!  And of course, some of the world’s best yoga teachers call it home! -DB
