Our Foundations classes seamlessly bring together the core elements of yoga—breath, movement and mindfulness. With classes for a variety of students, from beginners to seasoned practitioners, focus is put on proper alignment within foundational postures and development of breath techniques.


All That Matters’ Flow classes follow a Vinyasa format, synchronizing breath with movement. While each teacher brings a unique style to the mat, there is heightened focus on linking conscious breath with mindful fluid movement to awaken physical and mental strength, energy and flexibility. 


Our Focused classes are an opportunity to explore styles of movement beyond the more commonly practiced forms of Vinyasa and Hatha yoga. Classes include Kundalini, Restorative, and Restorative for the Spine (Svaroopa), as well as Qigong and Tai Chi.
