Created for beginners, this workshop style class focuses on common yoga postures with emphasis on alignment and building poses from the ground up. Ideal for those new to yoga, or experienced practitioners, looking to explore the principals of breath, yoga philosophy and foundational practice concepts.
This gentle class helps to release tension and unwind both mind and body. Welcoming all levels, Stretch + Breathe pairs gentle, lengthening movements with breath work to create a balance between feeling grounded and fluid and at ease.
Yoga I is ideal for students new to yoga and seasoned practitioners looking to reconnect with the foundations of yoga. Yoga I incorporates the principles of proper body alignment and breath awareness in basic yoga postures. This foundational class includes breathing and centering exercises, and yoga postures with verbal cues to help inspire and guide practice.
This Yoga I and Yoga II blended class includes key instruction for beginner yogis, while offering options for experienced yogis to deepen and further their practice. Teachers will address various levels while adapting to students' needs.

A dynamic and challenging class for those who strive to deepen a regular yoga practice. Yoga III is a creative exploration of yoga postures, balancing physical challenge with quiet calm. Yoga experience is encouraged as this classes focuses on refinement and precision.
