Sarah Bell
is a Tri-Yoga (gentle flow that balances body, breath, and mind) certified teacher by Kali Ray. She enjoys introducing people to yoga and supporting their practice in the foundations of yoga. She has studied exercises for the childbearing years with Elizabeth Noble, teaches infant massage and completed her prenatal  yoga certification with Jacci Reynolds.

 

Reinette Fournier
(Suraj Kaur) is KRI certified and a member of the International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association. She received her training at the Baba Siri Chand Yoga Center in Millis, Mass. Reinette also holds an MFA in Painting from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth.

 

Anni Barnard
is certified in both Kripalu and vinyasa style yoga as a 500RYT and has a master's degree in Fine Arts. She has been a teacher for more than a decade and brings a down to earth delight into the practice of yoga.

 

Melanie Benda-Joubert

is a registered teacher with the Yoga Alliance.  She received her training in the Anusara style at Yogaphoria in PA.  Melanie has been practicing various yoga styles for almost ten years but has been most influenced by the spiritual, community-centered principles of Anusara


 

Joy Bennett

is a certified Kripalu yoga instructor, teaching a wide variety of yoga programs throughout the RI area.  Her compassionate approach encourages access to deep states of inner calm, by opening the body to receive the breath, allowing the free flow of energy.  She has also trained as a certified LifeForce Yoga practitioner for depression and anxiety, Levels I & II.  She is a student of Amy Weintraub and assists with her teacher trainings throughout the year.  Joy also specializes in individual yoga sessions to address particular needs.

Coral Brown

is certified through Shiva Rea as a 500RYT. Coral teaches Prana Flow yoga and travels the world teaching and assisting her teacher Shiva. Prana Flow is an energetic, creative, full-spectrum approach to embodying the flow of yoga cultivated by Shiva Rea and the Global Vinyasa Collective of Teachers. Students of all levels are empowered to experience prana - the universal source of breath, life-energy and conscious intelligence - as the navigating source of yoga practice and vital living. Coral invites you to come and experience your source, your SELF through yoga. Coral has also received her Masters of Arts from Salve Regina University's Holistic Counseling program and sees clients through All That Matters.

Elsie Castro-Swonger
is a registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance at the 500 hour level. She is a certified cardiac and prenatal yoga teacher and is a certified TM teacher who has been practicing yoga and meditation for over 25 years. Her focus is an Ayurvedic approach to hatha yoga.

 

Sheri Cavanagh
is a certified Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance and a teacher of Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga styles. She has completed teacher training with David Swenson and has studied with many other respected teachers. Her broad experience in teaching is complimented by her dedication to empowering students at all levels of ability. Sheri has also studied Thai Yoga Massage with Saul David Raye. When not teaching Yoga, Sheri is a certified Feng Shui practitioner and Interior Designer.

 

Cathy Cesario

is the Director of Spirit Tree Yoga Teacher Training at All That Matters.  She holds degrees in Psychology and English and is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500) with the Yoga Alliance at the most advanced level.  She is also certified with the PhysicalMind Institute in Pilates Mat, and she is trained in Integrated Energy Medicine and as a Shamanic Practitioner at the advanced level.  She has been a student of Buddhism since 1985, a philosophy that continues to feed and to inform her yoga teaching. 


 

Jennifer DeAngelis
has been practicing yoga and meditation in the Kripalu tradition since 1999. She was certified at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in 2003 and is a registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance at the 200 hour level. She also holds a Pre-Natal Yoga Teacher certification.

 

Liz Dufresne

teaches yoga based on the Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga system.  She has completed Level l and ll, over 200 hours, with Baron Baptiste.  She has been a student and practitioner of yoga and the healing arts since 1997.  Liz holds a master's degree in Psychology and is a Reiki Master.  She assists in yoga boot camps and A Course in Miracles classes at All That Matters.


 

David Dwyer

a chiropractor since 1986, David began meditating in 1978 with initiation in TM.  He began his yoga studies in 1984 at Shining Waters Ashram in Missouri.  His yoga is influenced by the Ashtanga system and his study of biomechanics.  He is one of the creators of and co-owns All That Matters.

Amy Hagan

is a certified yoga teacher, she completed her teacher training at the Yoga Center of Amherst with Patty Townsend.  She is the former director of the Yoga Annex and has been practicing yoga since 1993.  Her classes are classic hatha yoga with an emphasis on fun and self acceptance.,  Amy's continuous studies include the Kripalu, Iyengar, Anusara and Vinyasa schools of yoga.


 

David Harrigan
is a certified teacher with Yoga Alliance. He is is a graduate of Spirit Tree Yoga at All That Matters and a long time student of yoga and the healing arts.

 

Kendall Sheldon

is the founding teacher of the All That Matters yoga program, which started in 1995. She has over 30 years experience in the practice of yoga. She was certified by Kripalu Center in 1980, Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy Center in 1994 and holds a 500 hour advanced professional teaching certificate from the Yoga Alliance. Kendall comes from a family of yogis; both her mother and uncle continue to teach today. She considers them and the meeting of Swami Kripalu the inspiration for her path of yoga. Her ongoing study and practice is influenced by Erich Schiffman, Shiva Rae and Gary Kraftsow as well as her students.


 

Mary Stracensky

is a Certified Svaroopa Yoga Teacher (600 hours) trained in Gentle, Continuing, Pregnant, and Deeper Svaroopa yoga; she continues her life long yoga education with Svaroopa advanced teacher training. She is a Certified Kripalu yoga teacher, a registered yoga teacher (RYT) at 500 hours with  Yoga Alliance and is a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists. Mary has a M.A. in Holistic Counseling and is trained in Hakomi body centered psychotherapy. Her private practice as a Yoga Therapist blends the philosophy and techniques of yoga with holistic counseling methods and body centered therapy. 

 

Margaret Trezza

(Amrit Kaur) is KRI certified and a member of the International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association.  A practitioner of Kundalini Yoga for 20 years, Margaret received her Yoga and Meditation training almost a decade ago at the Baba Siri Chand Yoga Center in MA.  Margaret delights in teaching the transformational power of meditation and yoga through music and sound. Her debut CD is Sat Nam Meditation and Motion.

Philip Urso

teaches Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga and leads Yoga “bootcamps.” He is certified by Baron Baptiste and assists Baron in trainings nationally and internationally. He is an avid student of A Course in Miracles and offers classes on this topic at ATM as well. He lives in Charlestown with his wife and 2 children.

Wendy Wahl
is a visual artist, educator and Kripalu certified Children's Creative Yoga and Movement instructor. She has practiced dance and yoga for over 25 years and holds a mat and standing Pilates certificate from the Physicalmind Institute and a Masters in Art Education from the Rhode Island School of Design.
