was certified in 1989 by Kali Ray as a Tri-Yoga teacher (slow posture flow that balances body, breath, and mind). She enjoys introducing people to Hatha yoga and supporting their on-going practice by focusing on yoga pose alignment and by encouraging personal awareness on and off the mat. Sarah offers individual posture consultations, providing guidance with enhanced standing and seated postures as well as teaching appropriate yoga modifications. She has studied exercises for the childbearing years with Elizabeth Noble, teaches infant massage and has completed her prenatal yoga certification with Jacci Reynolds. Sarah is also a post-partum doula and trained massage therapist. |

She is trained and certified in meditation and classical hatha yoga at the 500 hour level from the Himalayan Institute and certified in pre-natal and children's yoga. She is as comfortable hissing like a snake in cobra pose with children as she is chanting Om with adults! Belle is also a certified massage therapist and aromatherapist. Belle offers one-on-one yoga and self-care work for adults and children. She also creates rocking birthday events here at ATM for kids. |

She is the former director of the Yoga Annex and has been practicing yoga since 1993. Her classes are classic hatha yoga with an emphasis on fun and self acceptance., Amy's continuous studies include the Kripalu, Iyengar, Anusara and Vinyasa schools of yoga. |

Natalie Schiffer has been practicing Svaroopa® yoga since 2003. After trying different styles of yoga, she decided Svaroopa® yoga was her passion. Since then, she has become a certified Hatha yoga teacher at the 200 hour level with Yoga Alliance studying with the Master Yoga Foundation. She is also a certified Embodyment® Yoga Therapist and seeing clients on a private basis. She continues training with Master Yoga Foundation to complete her certification as a Svaroopa® Yoga Teacher (RYT 500). She has had the honor to study with Swami Nirmalananda Saraswati, the creator of Svaroopa® Yoga, as well as many of their master teachers. Natalie is a patient, compassionate teacher who loves to share the gifts of yoga with her students and invites you to join her classes. |

is the founding teacher of the All That Matters yoga program, which started in 1995. She has over 30 years experience in the practice of yoga. She was certified by Kripalu Center in 1980, Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy Center in 1994 and holds a 500 hour advanced professional teaching certificate from the Yoga Alliance.In 2009 she completed the Advanced Training in Integrative Restoration, iRest, with Richard Miller, Ph.D. of the Center for Timeless Being. Kendall comes from a family of yogis; both her mother and uncle continue to teach today. She considers them and the meeting of Swami Kripalu the inspiration for her path of yoga. Her ongoing study and practice is influenced by Erich Schiffman, Shiva Rae and Gary Kraftsow as well as her students. |

(Amrit Kaur) is a registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance, KRI Certified and a member of the International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association. A practitioner of Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, for 20 years, Margaret received her Kundalini Yoga and Meditation training a decade ago at the Baba Siri Chand Yoga Center in Millis, MA. Margaret is available for Reiki and private Kundalini and Meditation classes through All That Matters. She holds a Childplay Yoga teaching certification and designs programs for special needs children, as well as teaches "Yoga in your Chair" for people with physical challenges. Margaret also holds a Yoga Nidra Guide certification and is available for private and group Yoga Nidra sessions through All that Matters. Her teachers have included Hari Kaur Khalsa, Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa, Gurucharan Singh Khalsa, Gurudass Kaur Khalsa, Guru Dev Singh Khalsa, Sat Kartar Kaur Khalsa, Myra Partyka, Willi Tetelbaum, and Jennifer Reis. Margaret receives immense pleasure in donating her time to charitable organizations, such as the Rhode Island Food Bank. Possessing a background in ballroom dance, aerobics instruction, voice and piano study, and choir singing, Margaret feels right at home teaching the transformational power of meditation and yoga through music and sound.
