All That Matters is excited to host this Anusara School of Hatha Yoga 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program designed to immerse in the rich traditions and methodology of yoga and develop the skills and confidence to share this with others. We wish you much success as you explore, expand, and get certified!

 

This 6 month training runs January 12, 2019 – June 16, 2019 and takes place over 12 required weekend intensives. Complete attendance at all weekend modules is mandatory, and all requirements must be fulfilled for certification.

 

This training program is an opportunity to fulfill your heart’s desire to dive ever more deeply into the life-enhancing aspects of yoga, from philosophical exploration to ancient scriptural readings to anatomy, alignment, and therapeutic healing work, to the ever-supportive building of community. Whether you’re a student drawn to deeper study, an aspiring teacher wishing to learn the skillful means to offer the gifts of yoga to others, or a practicing teacher with a desire to refine your skills and further your study, this program is for you.

the 100-hour immersion

 

The first half of the training, is the 100-Hour Anusara Immersion, which is perfect for anyone interested in deepening their study, exploration, and discovery in the methodology of yoga, but who may not be interested in the 200-Hr Yoga Alliance designation. 

 

The Immersion runs for 6 weekends: January 12, 2019 – March 24, 2019

meet saraSara Davidson Flanders,  Anusara School of Hatha Immersion & Teacher Training Instructor

 

Sara Davidson Flanders began her study of yoga and meditation in 1992 and started teaching yoga in 1997. Her extensive asana training includes alignment-based flow, vinyasa, therapeutics, prenatal and more. In 2007 she became a certified Anusara yoga teacher.

 

Sara teaches a method of artful movement informed by intelligent and graceful sequencing, biomechanics, alignment, and a strong foundation of philosophy and meditation. She teaches group classes, private session, workshops, and anatomy and teacher trainings. She has lived residentially at two different meditation centers, and is an authorized teacher of Neelakantha Meditation as taught by Blue Throat Yoga. For the student who wants to feel connected to their innately wise and joyful spirit while also feeling safe, strong, and free in their body, Sara’s class will feel like home.
