Radical Relaxation is an easy to practice Yoga Nidra Technique for deep relaxation, stress reduction, inner peace and spiritual growth. Complete relaxation occurs only as a result of alleviating all three levels of tension: physical, emotional, and mental. This relaxation technique progressively relieves all levels of tension and proceeds further, allowing the consciousness to drop into a meditative state between wakefulness and sleep that is among the deepest possible states of relaxation and inner peace.
Join Bhakti Prem to experience this level of complete relaxation. The process is simple: Rest comfortably in savasana [on your back] and be guided through visualizations and gentle breath work while remaining aware and still. By focusing on listening, the mind recedes into the background and a peaceful subtle awareness emerges. In Radical Relaxation you remain conscious during the deep sleep state.
