CranioSacral Therapy(CST) is a gentle, hands-on method used to evaluate and enhance the functioning of the physiological body system called the craniosacral system. This system surrounds the brain and spinal cord, and is comprised of membranes and cerebral spinal fluid – basically holding, supporting and providing nourishment to the brain and spinal cord. Taking stress off the brain and spinal cord can have incredible results.
