Elle Silvia

Elle Silvia (E-RYT 200, RYT 500, YACEP) has been practicing yoga since 2007 and teaching since 2011. She received her 200-hour training from Holy Cow Yoga and Holistic Center in Charleston, South Carolina, and her 500-hour training from The Yoga Loft of Bethlehem in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Elle has also completed prenatal and children’s yoga teacher trainings. In 2015, she opened Clover Yoga Studio in her hometown of Orwigsburg, Pennsylvania, where she owned, operated, and taught weekly classes and workshops, as well as created and led Clover Yoga’s registered yoga school and 200-hour teacher training program. In 2017, Elle made the difficult but exciting decision to leave yoga studio ownership behind in order to relocate to East Greenwich, RI with her husband, Charlie, and their daughter, Clover.

Over the years and throughout her various trainings and travels, Elle’s numerous teachers have had a variety of backgrounds, including but not limited to, Integral Yoga, Iyengar, Ashtanga, Jivamukti, Kundalini, and YogaWorks. Elle’s personal teaching style is a hybrid of all that she has learned from a multitude of teachers and traditions. First and foremost, Elle emphasizes Yoga as a spiritual path - the very word “Yoga” meaning union (with one’s higher power). She values accommodating students of all levels in her classes. When you attend class with Elle, you can expect a philosophically and spiritually based yoga class with emphasis upon self-awareness, breath work, anatomy, alignment, and safety.

  • Yoga I/II
  • This is one of our Foundations classes.


    This Yoga I/II blended class includes key instruction for beginner yogis, while offering options for experienced yogis to deepen and further their practice. Teachers address various levels while adapting to students' needs.

  • Deep + Dynamic
  • This is one of our Focused classes.
    Explore the dynamic of yin and yang energies – of engagement and surrender. This class is a creative exploration of yoga postures that balance physical challenge with mindfulness. Classes reflect the energy of the day, the needs of those gathered, and may include meditation, slow, steady-stretching floor poses, strong standing movement, balance sequences, and flow with variations offered. Yoga experience is encouraged, as this can be a powerful physical exploration with a focus on refinement and precision.

  • Meditation
  • Meditating with others is great way to anchor your practice and effect change. Session may include simple guidance and/or breathwork. No experience necessary. This is a free community offering.
