Whether you are new to yoga, or a seasoned practitioner, discover how our winter yoga retreats can help you refocus on your own self care, and invite more peace into your life. Bring forth the stillness and joy within your body and soul with mindfulness meditation, yin yoga and a vegan lunch*. Each aspect of the retreat is designed to help you balance your energies and refocus your intentions for the new year. Both the full and half day retreats are lead by instructor Jenn Thomas and will provide you with a safe space to explore and rejoice in your own self love.
