Using Meditation to Relieve Holiday Stress

During the holidays we often find ourselves rushing around between office parties, family events and gift shopping. The little time we have remaining becomes even more valuable, as we try to stay present in the moments of celebration, joy and love. More and more people are turning to meditation to help them deal with the pressure and stress of the holiday season.
