We offer over 160 yoga classes a week in our three studios. How do you know which teachers and styles will suit your needs and personality? You experiment. As you explore the seemingly complex world of yoga, know that all yoga styles involve a practice of physical postures (asana) and breath awareness (pranayama). Some are more gentle, some more vigorous, and other elements may come into play – pace, meditation, chanting, teacher’s approach, room temperature, etc. You’ll find that each yoga class and teacher offers different gems of wisdom and guidance to incorporate into your practice. As you gain experience, you will intuitively make modifications that serve you in any class you take, so yoga leaves you feeling strong and clear in body and mind.
