Foundations Yoga Classes at All That Matters


Our Foundations classes bring together the core elements of yoga—breath, movement and mindfulness—with options for students ranging from beginner to seasoned practitioner. While each teacher brings a unique style to the mat, there is a consistent focus on proper alignment within foundational postures and development of breath techniques. Classes include time to warm up and cool down. Enjoy Foundations yoga to establish body- and self-awareness while building strength and flexibility.

Hot 24

Hot 24 is a modern heated yoga class, based on a classical form from the Bishnu Gosh (Bikram) tradition. The same 24 postures, done twice, make up the sequence of each class with deep rest and silence between poses. This style offers a beginner the ability to readily learn the sequence, while highly skilled yogis refine their practice in this vigorously meditative class. The alignment cues recognize and support the importance of human variation and structural differences of all bodies. All levels welcome.

Stretch + Breathe

This gentle class helps yogis release tension and unwind. Welcoming all levels, Stretch + Breathe pairs gentle, lengthening movements with breath work to create a balanced experience of groundedness, fluidity, and ease—both physically and energetically. We also offer a 45-minute version, Stretch and Breathe Express, on days when you don't have a lot of time but still want to move!

Yoga I

Yoga I is ideal for students new to yoga as well as seasoned practitioners looking to reconnect with the foundations of yoga. Yogis build strength and flexibility for the body and mind by incorporating the principles of proper body alignment and breath awareness. This foundational class teaches basic yoga postures and includes breathing and centering exercises, with verbal cues to help inspire and guide practice. 

Yoga I/II 

This Yoga I/II blended class includes key instruction for beginner yogis, while offering options for experienced yogis to deepen and further their practice. Teachers address various levels while adapting to students' needs. We also offer a 45-minute version, Yoga I/II Express, on days when you don't have a lot of time but still want to move! 


This dynamic and challenging class serves those who strive to deepen their yoga practice. Yoga II/III is a creative exploration of yoga postures that balance physical challenge with mindfulness. Yoga experience is encouraged as this classes focuses on refinement and precision.
